Chicks
The local wildlife has been multiplying and since we bought a motion sensor camera we’ve been getting some fantastic shots of them.
We’ve previously mentioned the friendly pheasant… they’ve been quiet lately and we were beginning to wonder if something had happened to them. But no, they’ve just been busy having a family!
And the Swifts have also been busy. We managed to quickly set the camera up in the outhouse one day and caught five hungry chicks being fed.
Maybe they’re getting used to us being around as the don’t seem too bothered by us popping in and out of their home. We’ll try and get more video as they get older, we’re just being very careful not to disturb them too much.
